Description
Just a few of the participants involved in a parade celebrating the 50th birthday anniversary of my city, captured way back in August of 2007.
As you can see, California now has split ownership: half America, half Mexico. Or maybe more Mexican than American, I haven't seen the statistics lately. That's just the facts, ma'am.

ooh, a really fine shot, your angles are wonderful, the contrast of the dark horses with the light one is just right, the proportions of street to building, and the presence of those horses in between, are wonderful too. And the strong presence of the Mexican and American flags---their hues---really commands us to look at them. The courtyard of the building to the left is fine counterpoint. Terrific work on this.
