Great capture
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Wonderful macro shot of the sunbather and huge leaf.
Way to cold for flies here-- its -25c but sunny !
XxOo
Superb detail as always. Did you find out if he needed any sun block?
The yellow here is luminous esp in zoom. It's like a big lit-up duvet cover. I don't know if flies see color; though if they do, they see it lots of times, as (I recall) their eyes are multi-scopic---right? (That would drive me batty!) A striking shot, and we can even see his antenna (probiscus? the straight thing coming out of his head) (drill bit?). And the stained-glass textures of his wings...More of your fine exploration of the insect kingdom...
This is such a perfect shot Like on a summerday so hot. The leaf is a feast for the eye. I dont think the same about the fly ;-)
He is a whoppa. Super shot.
Amazing macro details down to the body hair of this sunbather Andrea!
