So dark, still and silent.

Super,excellent shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OHH! I recognize that :-P Thought it was the moon LOL!
Looked like the moon to me too. I was going to make a clever comment about werewolves, but now I just feel silly...
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Now this is my kind of picture. Mysterious and somewhat apocalyptic. Outstanding capture.
I think the same as Glenda, mid afternoon!!!!!
Cue the creepy music! the sun is going out
Sometimes we get this when there are forest fires. It's a wonderful shot!
Large, it's a sun in an amazing dark green haze. The trees on the right are the only 'grounding'---beautiful mysterious image. In smaller size, it's a Japanese print, and it could be the sun or moon. Beautiful capture. And cropped just right.
Very nice capture Andrea.
Spooky! I love it!
Amazing capture for wolfes 😀
Wow, this is a beautiful shot Andrea!
