I love the addition of the woman looking in! It's such a pleasant surprise in your work. You can almost feel her heartbreak as she realizes why the cute new guy has been ignoring her in the break room! Hah! Great expressions and lighting. The composition is strong, but I think you missed an opportunity to tell more of this story by having the red-shirt guy facing away from us too much. If his neck were turned, we'd get to see more expression: wicked smile? Innocent hopefulness? Something else? Nevertheless, you've hit another home run here!
