"I don't know!" Replied the young man. "Why not ask my Father. He is standing right behind you!"
"Your attitude toward my son is not appreciated, sir!" says the young mans father. "Where is
your Manager? I wish to discuss business with him! You won't be making this sale today!"
The salesman's arrogance not only cost him the sale, (the parent purchased both Ferraris just
to make a point), it cost him his job as well. I wonder if he learned his lesson?

I learned very early that you don't judge a book by its cover. The man in the grubby coveralls could be a bum or a millionaire with $1,000 bills in his pockets. You treat everyone with respect and you will never be found wanting. Awesome scene!
