Hello my dear rendosians friends ! I hope that this new year begins well for you all ! I wish you an Happy New Year. May it bring you creativity and serenity ! Today's picture is a detail of the Pont Alexandre III in Paris. This bridge is located near the Grand Palais and was inaugurated for the Universal Exposition in 1900. The Bridge was dedicated to the russian Emperor Alexander III as a symbol of the french-russian friendship. The picture represents one of the four Fames located on the pillars of the bridge and was sculpted by Léopold Steiner Thanks for seeing my upload and for your comment ! Have a great and safe day ! Les ors de la République, notre belle République toujours attirée par les fastes monarchiques...ta photo est splendide, elle est lumineuse, précise...du grand art, pas de doute et pour bien commencer l'année (que je te souhaite superbe, tu le sais), il n'y a pas mieux.
