Really interesting look - I can imagine an actual chill in the air around her. I love that you have continued the texture over the lips though I have to say I wish they were more to the pale blue or white side than gold (just a personal preference - they do have a nice cohesive look with the eyes and make-up). Her eyebrows are almost embossed looking which I think looks really good with the skin. The more I look the more I love this. I don't suppose she will be available for Victoria 4?
This is only one makeup texture. There are 8 in total. I'm not sure if it will be able to back propogate these textures to V4 but will look into it
