Coolness.
Gorgeous coloured pencil effect! Love it!!
at the time these more 'painterly' pieces went up, my sister was in the hospital at her worst, so I wasn't able to comment. (She's recovered now.) But I remember thinking that you'd gone into a more 2D world. This really shows its detail in full zoom; we see the cells and the lines within them---they're actually more like feather patterns, or electrical currents running through hues. And I love the horizontal line here, and the single bulge in it (on the left). A dividing line in the midst of this sea of morphing pulsing hues. I much enjoyed all the pieces you posted around this time, I think most or all made in the Gimp. I'm only back for a few comments in the galleries now, or I'd comment on more of them; but this was a beautiful series.
a powerful composition of colors wrapped in a charming design 😊
