Looking really cool and neat photo integration, you have put a lot of work into this project judging by this result. The only suggestion I have, is the spec is way too even, as I can see worn edges everywhere, just make a B&W fractal noise map in Photoshop or grab something off off the net and add it to your textures and that will also help give that worn in look.

Yes it's a first run in the textures I did the worn edges in Quixel Ddo 2 so will be doing a better job on the final version thanks for the feed back!
