Description
As some of you may remember, back in July we had the Great Turtle Adventure where we drained the “Frog Pond” to evict Snappy the Snapping Turtle. We were left with a nasty mess in a big hole. Ray had the bright idea to clean it up and make it another koi pond. Thus began our Summer Project. To make a long story short(er), it is now finished except for actually transferring some of the koi from the original pond. The frogs have returned and put up with my occasional foray into their waters to adjust a plant or aeration stone and the daily skimming of leaves and little green “stuff”. It is once again fun to sit in the gazebo and watch the frogs sunning on the lily pads or statues. I counted eleven yesterday. Don’t know how they will react when the fish appear. Hope you like the photos.

I am frog-green with envy! I miss my little guys but my pond was too small and my frog and koi outgrew it, so I took it out this year. I love the little statues you have in there too! May your koi love it!
