Description

Here is a picture shot with my Nikon P 530. I seldom get to use it and wanted to make sure it was working alright for my Ca. trip This is Sunny my 30 year old amazon parrot. I bought him when he was a year old. I am the only person he likes and only I can handle him. He tosses a temper tantrum when I pick up my keys to leave the house. He talks very well since they are the 2nd best talking parrot, the best being the African Grey. When they are young they only have a small patch of yellow on their head. The head turns completely yellow at age 25. Rich and I had just started dating when I bought him and he still does not like him and can't get near him. Sunny is definitely a one person bird. His favorite thing to do is call the cat. But not to worry, the cat is no match for the parrot. . Thanks for reading, I just wanted to share a lil something with you. Hugs. Great info about your collection pet, Wanda. I for some reason when I first meet you, I kinda thought you had one with your name. Love him and please have a safe journey to sunny California. 30 years is a amazing age for him. Not sure what their lifespan is. Take care hon. Give him a treat for me.
