Description
une description remontant au règne du pharaon Thoutmôsis III vers 1450 av. J.-C. fait état de multiples « cercles de feu plus brillants que le Soleil » d'environ 5 mètres d'envergure, qui seraient apparus durant de nombreux jours. Ils ont finalement disparu après « être montés haut dans le ciel » ;

The theory of the ancients, or neo-euhemerism is a UFO speculation that ancient civilizations had contact with "visitors" aliens came to bring on earth knowledge in the fields of writing, architecture, agriculture, mathematics, astronomy and medicine. These technologically advanced "beings" that man would have become, over the centuries, the "gods", these supernatural beings spoken of ancient mythologies and which archeology brings cults highlighted. The New euhemerism is often attributed to Erich von Däniken but if it has amply popularized in 1968, however, the theory had already been put forward, especially in the years 1870-1880 by Helena Blavatsky and Theosophy in 1960 by Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier in 1962 by Robert Charroux in 1965 by Jean Sendy. It relies on a literal interpretation of religious texts, or spectacular discoveries such as the Nazca lines or fake artifacts as the Crystal Skulls. According to some authors, strange representations visible in some caves, such that of Altamira in Spain or that of Cougnac in France, would be representations of UFOs. Similarly, statues or paintings (as the frescoes of Tassili, Algeria) resemble strangely alien to certain representations of the twentieth century, proof, according to some current UFO, the seniority of the phenomenon. Some of these strange apparitions may have been astronomical phenomena (such as comets or meteors) or optical atmospheric. Analysis of these past events is commonly referred to as retro-ufology. Some examples: a description dating back to the reign of Pharaoh Thutmose III around 1450 BC. AD reported multiple "fire circles brighter than the Sun," about 5 meters wide, which would have appeared for many days. They finally disappeared after "being mounted high in the sky"; Roman author Julius Obsequens written in 99 BC. AD, that "in Tarquinia during sunset, a round object like a globe made its way into the sky from west to east."
I hope it's ok to translate. This is so interesting!
