Description
The first of two postings of a 1957 Porsche, captured 6/5/16 @ 1:33 pm, at the beautiful Huntington Beach Concours d'Elegance, held on the grounds of beautiful Huntington Beach Central Park in beautiful Huntington Beach, California.
The luggage compartment is located at the front of the auto. The bottom photo was taken at the rear of the automobile where the engine is located. I was getting tired at this stage of the visit. Too much for an old guy like me.
ZOOM worthy.

I am amazed on how well these Automobiles have been restored and pampered. This Porsche is about 60 years old and looks like it is brand new.
I'm the same age as this Porsche, but not as good looking! Fantastic shot :)
Great captures. Not sure I like the fasteners on the boot though, they just spoil the clean lines.
They really know how to maintain those cars. If you didn't know vintages you could swear it was fresh off the assembly line.
I'd really hope those belt fasteners on the storage hood was just for show, though. Great capture!
Very cool car.
A really beautiful car and I echo Desgar about the fasteners :)
Age, hmmm...This car is two years younger than me! I wish I was in as excellent shape as it is, but then no one has spent the kind of dollars maintaining me as I'm sure have been spent on it. Beautiful shots, Harry; so was it necessary with this model to unbuckle the hood to put anything in it? How odd!
FABULOUS and INCREDIBLE old car Harry !!!
