Superb capture my friend. God bless.
They look as if they are having a serious conversation.
Very cool photo
They are very cute in this lovely capture. 😀
I really like this shot. First for the peaceful mood, but also for the abstract feeling.
I love these birds, superb capture!
great capture
What type? I'm amazed at the heart shaped feathering around the face and the blue feathers on the wings. I thought they were all white and gold colored. This was news to me! Thanks for this. Keep up the good work! :-)
"Barn owl" IS the name of this type of owl (scientific name "Tyto alba").
They are stunning :)
I love their eye shape and feather colouring! Great capture!
One has to remind themselves that you lived in NYC many years: Your photography is so attuned to the countryside, one would think you lived there all your life. (I know you've been there a long time, but still...) A beautiful zen-like simplicity, with lots of rustic texture; and that red band on the bottom is perfect composition---almost makes this an abstract. The two owls are almost posed for you, one facing the side, one looking out. And the shadow and rough textures around them---and ON them---make this an art piece in a frame. A beautiful reddish yellow patina too, giving warmth. First rate once again. How you do these without a super high res camera is beyond me; but you do it.
