Description
In Cannon Beach, we stopped at Icefire Glassworks to watch a fascinating display of a master glassblower at work. We had intended to just stop in briefly to check out the beautiful glassware on display, but got caught up in watching him & stayed for about 20 minutes & saw him finish a piece. He would spin the rod, blow, shape it, insert it into the furnace & twirl it, repeating the process over & over with subtle variations until he created the ultimate shape & color. His skill was remarkable...

Wonderful capture my friend. God bless.
I remember watching the glassblower at Cannon Beach when I was a teenager. The whole place was a sort of granola-hippie art community at the time. Maybe this is the same guy! :)
