Very sexy, and I like the reflections. Great expression and colors. Even though this is just a character study, I would suggest focusing more on the composition. Move the "Justice League" logo down (dump the circle JL logo, you don't need it) so that the text and silhouettes don't clash with her wings. Move the "Hawkgirl" logo to the upper right corner (so that it falls in with her line of sight). And either add some highlights to the black portion of her helmet so that it stands out against the black background, or switch the background color to a gradient that goes from dark gray at the top to black at the bottom. I know this sounds like a lot of nitpicking, but those little changes would make her POP and let us focus on the neat work you've done here, rather than losing it in the clutter of the other elements.
