Description
So every year, I do artwork for a virtual celebration: PH's server went down twelve years ago and took ninety percent of the site's history with it. But we rebuilt, and now every year around this time we throw a party to celebrate that accomplishment. This year, Risen Phoenix was hosted by a steampunk group called The Diogenes Club, while next year it goes to a Pirates of the Carribean group that writes under the title My Heart Belongs to a Pirate. So for the hand off, I created this image of a flying replica of the Black Pearl sailing across the sky. Took maybe an hour to assemble, and great fun.
