Description
My wife & I drove up to Crater Lake yesterday (it's a little under two hours from where we live). The weather was perfect & the sky & lake were beautiful shades of blue. The eastern rim of the lake was still closed due to snow (should open sometime in July), which limited access to many parts of the park, but we enjoyed our walk in the part that was open...

We have been trying to get to Crater Lake for a couple of years. Last time we got there the day after the road closed!! Your fotos give me the extra push to finally make the trip; it's gorgeous!
