Fine atmospheric piece.

I read the book, the first page is all nadsat, it sort of grabs you, like the poem Jabberwocky, trying to figure out the meaning. Brilliant work, sort of like "The Lord of the Flies" in its depiction of young people running wild. You know the old Egyptian proverbs, "A boys ears are in his back", probably the original of "Spare the rod, spoil the child".
