I loved this on two levels when you posted it: One, the geometry and abstraction. And two, that you called it "parasol," which gives it a whole other meaning. All that abstract energy around it, and yet the little parasol-top becomes our focus. Great title! And this works in both the display image, the first zoom, and then the largest zoom: Each version has its own allure. Wonderful line and angle work, and the reflection against the window is terrific. And you got these kind of Hiroshige, Hokusai hues in the upper portion (the way they got those pastel hues and morphs with whatever they used for their prints). I love this. I didn't notice those hues when you posted it, but now I do. Love the shot and how your title alters our entire perception of it.
