Description
Cassandra is the daughter of a pirate and a pretty good thief on her own. The gentleman whose pouch of coins she just liberated is not terrible amused so she is aiming the pistol just below his mid-section to persuade him to stand still. I have no doubt she will make her escape and spend his money wisely.
This is one of the pre-meltdown Poser 7 images left on my desktop. Poser 10 and I are still circling each other so it may be a little while before I post anything from there.

Picking up where I last left off...I always have a blast coming here because you have these complex scenarios which you articulate through delightful and often theatrical art. And the scenarios are often a mix of sinister with playful, and it's always a lot of fun to see how you put it all together. You've clothed this woman perfectly for the story, and---though I know nothing about Poser or posing models---the clothes move on her naturally and in a way that suggests that she's standing but ready to move. Let me say something on this, because of my lack of Poser knowledge: When I've drawn clothing, I've found it very difficult, as there are so many folds and variations in the fabric---it's a little like drawing/painting flowers, which are incredibly complex, morphing forms. Getting the light alone is hard. But I have no clue what a 3D artist does to get these angles and swirls, except that I'm told it's very exacting, with a million parameters and choices; and I don't know how all of you do it. Point is, you do it naturally and with whatever expression is called for. Her gown sweeps where it has to, and hangs naturally where it has to. As for the rest, the ground looks like the parched land of the Old West. And those architectural stones are like very polished marble, and they add real panache to the piece. As for her pointing her gun at the guy's "junk" (as younger people love to call it), I wouldn't argue with this lady, if it were me! Take the money, go to Rio, whatever, lady! A fun piece, done with your usual panache, and I like the break in the metal bars of the fence: If she broke those with her bare hands, she can be my bodyguard anyday...
