Description
Before the opening weekend at the City fair,Madame Zelda is reflecting on how to get rid of the competition lol.She and Madame Esmeralda have a long way back.
Senator Poopy Staines is at the opening ceremony, after all its an election year and he does not want his oppenent Donny Dumpy to collect too much voices.
Zelda might be able to influence the Senator to retrieve Esmeraldas business permits. She knows him since High school, and she is also aware of some dark secrets, the senator smoking weed, using some hallucinogenic drugstacko and the worst he caused an accident with his car while high on acid and drunk and he let the old woman he overrun laying in the street bleeding to death and he made a run not wanting his parents to know what he had done.......................dark secrets indeed.

Un personnage sombre et une belle ambiance de fête foraine, René !
A very devious young woman. An excellent render with a great story to go with it. Very well done. ☺
