Description
Father of Mindwave and Mindset, ex-husband of Natasha Cheltenham. He was once a hero, but the Third-Eye artifact caused his mind to become warped and evil, then he spread that evil onto one of his daughters while the other was saved by her mother to fight against their wickedness.
