Description
This wing of the Academy keeps the forces of tectonic activity in balance to ensure a consistent magnetic signature relative to the planets solar orbital position at any given time. Since this gravitational net is woven throughout the solar system, a proper balance must be maintained to avoid the redirection of CME's and solar winds which would alter the remaining flow of time, space and known reality.
