Description
I want to go and live there - now! Anyone have an ornithopter to take me there...?
I rendered this a couple of weeks ago, and have been too busy to upload it here. Time files by when you're having fun.
Rendered in Vue Infinite 2015 - minor post work and signature in Photoshop CC.

Great looking scene! Beautiful textures and lighting!
Really cool image! I love the lighting. Spectacular work!
I always say, there just aren't enough opportunities to use the word "ornithopter" in this world. (Well for people in the sciences, maybe, or in sci fi...but in my world, it just never comes up...) More great atmosphere, the haze is silken, and your geological detail is just splendid. As is the intense light in the clouds, and the contrasting heavy shadows. I love the villa there---that's a home? It looks like an observation deck. And the copter (or thopter) in the sky---their hues harmonize with the hues of the landscape. Love the atmosphere. And if you're wondering why I make a big deal of your geological detail, no, I didn't study geology for more than a few courses; but I used to be a rock (igneous), and you learn a lot when you lie around for eons. Wonderful detail work in this...
