The wisdom of the owl!
well chosen pov
An attractive door knocker. Great shot!
Love that knocker! Wonderful composition and postwork on this!
The knocker is lovely, I like that!!
Very nice
Probably wondering HOO are you? A wonderful piece nicely captured and post worked.
Very nice capture Andrea. I like the POV very much and the door locker looks very nice.
Stunning capture Andrea. God bless.
full zoom reveals a world of electro-magnetic energy lines just undulating through this knocker: You've turned it into a big spill of colonized metal, I love it. The wall is textured in spots---with grit---and left blank in others. And the shadow is layered in increasingly lighter grays. This is my kind of postwork, though I don't do this style very often (or that well): I just love it, is all. And when we go to half zoom, the intimate textures recede, and we see a more stark shot of surfaces and planes. The glass suddenly reveals itself as textured glass, and the lines make a geometric abstract. I really love this Andrea. Is it your back door, or one you found on your travels?
Mine.all mine! But not as lovely as the 1923 wooden one it replaced.
