Description
This gorgeous fruiticose lichen always makes me very happy when I see it.
It is common on twigs and branches an often an early colonist on young trees.

Nice!
Ooh, I don't think I've seen that one before; what a wonderful sight!
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
interesting
They fascinate me, lots to look at. Haven't seen on so big.
I agree with you, Andrea. They look so attractive. Before I looked more closely I thought they were growing in a planter and you were cultivating them.
How beautiful this looks when you can see it so clearly in this beautiful capture.
Wonderful image and great capture! :-)
Funky....
It's beautiful! I can see why you like it. :)
love it !
a collection of cups and branches and trumpets and tree-like protrusions...another eye-grabbing capture of lichens, fungi, and other primal growths from you. It's stunning. And those light greens (tinged with whites) against the deep reddish browns and grays of the bricks is wonderful.
