Si je me souviens bien, « Shah mat » est la source pour les anglais « checkmate ». Il s'agit de Farsi. Je me souviens que Chess est venu à la Perse (Iran) avant d'atteindre l'Occident. Et vous avez créé une image intime superbe, d'un jeu d'échecs. J'adore l'orange et les cigarettes et les écrous et les autres « bricoles » (divers objets, bric-à-brac) sur la table. Et j'adore le tissu aussi et le tapis ! Mais, par-dessus tout (surtout, oui), j'aime les deux personnes... elles planent au-dessus de la table. Et votre culture ("crop", trait de coupe, "composition of the edges") est parfait. Un autre portrait intime de la vie, créé par vous...
