Three denizens in one shot, that's a great result!
I believe the correct quote is "Eye of newt and tow of frog". What a terrific find! And so nice of them to sit for a portrait. Lucky slug, neither seems to have noticed it.
This is a small zoo. What a fantastic capture!
Not my favourite critters but |I wouldn't harm them.
What a great find.
OHHH;; ARGH! It is wonderful... look alot like a......pastel "painting"....itch itch.
It will never work out! two different religions.....
Wonderful capture Andrea
A great beginning for a tale! Wonderful capture!
lol, Mike; and Mark has it...(Macbeth's witches/weird sisters: "Eye of newt and toe of frog, Wool of bat and tongue of dog..." They were a delight, weren't they?) What a great slimy icky amazing capture. You had to be super observant for this. The mud itself is worth an eeeeeuuuuwwwwww, and the newt just slithters by, while the frog is contemplating the mysteries, and the slug has moseyed on in to check things out. It's really got a feel to it, all this stuff. Well, I haven't eaten breakfast yet, so thanks for the delightful shot; you get the most amazing closeups of nature. Wonderful work. (And btw, Toad, Newt and Slug could be the name of a Buddy Cop show in the States. I'm not joking: That's the kind of stuff they come up with...) Love this shot.
Great capture!! :o)
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Cool couple out for dinner.
