they have short legs - but otherwise fine
Lovely piece of work KidA ,good job with the sword and hair lighting.I think the short legs suit the front character,but not the one in the back.Maybe if this style is developed,you can create something like paradox did (Big Hands) and you could create the new short legged style.It could work.

For a sec, I thought that guy was Squall of Final Fantasy 8.
Dude... My only word of criticism is the hand holding the sword. it sticks out as odd to me. But aside from that... I love the coloring! it fits the image perfectly and it's pretty damn good at the same time. I guess I better work on mine, huh? Anime-coloring is so annoying.. ::sigh::
Great job, what else is new? :P The red glow caused by the cigarette was a nice touch. There seems to be a second, bluish light souce to the right somewhere, so i'm not sure if the shadows are in the right place. Other than that, good pic! ^_^

The short legsfit the characters for me too :) I would just add some depth in the eyes of the one in the background. Other than that, it's a very neat and great piece :)
