Description
The legendary Bell X-1. The first aircraft that exceeded the speed of sound with Chuck Yaeger in the cockpit. The X-1 was released in the air by a B-29 and had a rocket propulsion. After a short flight at 45,000 ft were it reached Mach 1.07 it landed on Rogers Dry Lake on October 14, 1947.

I like these dry-lakebed staged renders of the x-planes. The props, including the mobile tower, are right at home. Another great job! Nice work on the X-1 as well.
Looks like you had a little problem with your bumps. The star and bar and serial by the hatch. It does happen...beyond that nice job..
