Another of my winter flowering camelias. Small flowers, but very pretty.

this is a shot that should be seen small, then in mid-zoom, and then in full zoom: it becomes a different picture each time. In small, it's a delicate, sensual bloom in the midst of a sea of dark greens, with that second flower above it, looking on. In mid-zoom, it's the same, but we see your postwork emerge---delicate, but more active. In full zoom, the flowers are still delicate and sensual, but your leaves suddenly pop out as active layered affairs, with all kinds of overlays and subtle gradations in greens, browns and yellows. 3 uploads in one! I love the postwork, Andrea; and the shot by itself is delicate. Amazing how you cultivate and know so many species. (In Claude's gallery, you spoke of "Parthenocissus" ((which I proceeded to riff on)), and I realized I don't know anything compared to you! And then you go out and you get the seeds, and you cultivate these things. It's all beyond me!)
