In the middle of the Netherlands is the capital of Utrecht Province... Utrecht city with magnificant canals..
Boats can bring (still do) products to the lowest parts of the houses/shops/restaurants.
They do not need trucks downtown.

It is so neat to see a modern day picture done in black and white. It has more reality to it over pictures that have digital enhancements out the wazoo.
