By golly, mate, a bloomin' ruddy duck you've got posted here, this one of Russian origin, somehow transplanted over to your Lake Michigan area. Who knows, maybe it flew there. In any event, you caught the bird at its most highly colored and contrasted best, Mark, as it stands intrepidly in the bright sun, scrutinizing something in the distance over the blue, blue waters licking at the shoreline below its feet.

LOL! He certainly doesn't dress like a vodka salesduck, more like a used cars! And I would have thought ducks drank something murkier, like Guiness perhaps...who knew? Now whatever will you do with that vodka since you don't drink? It is the season for regifting, so I don't suppose that will be a huge problem for you ;) That's one bright red sun you folks have up there in Chicagoland. I think ours is a bit more on the yellow side!
