The ravages of time and the weather have left their mark. Excellent shot, fantastic textures and details.
Perfect interpretation and title for this image! Wonderful postwork and detail!
Well spotted....love it...
lol, you know me too well. I LOVE it. Dy-no-mite!! In non-zoom, it's a slice of layer cake made out of the side of a mountain. In zoom---whoosh! All your edge work and colony-making burst out, and all those little suburbs and rivers and tributaries and craggy shorelines come into view; and the different oranges and yellows and spots of red, etc. Man, I'd never know this was a road line. And those are some heavy seas on top and bottom, bad boating ahead. Terrific work on this, Andrea, finding a whole continent in a little slice of road. What's the saying, "the world in a grain of sand"? I love it!
Made me chuckle, it does look like a map
LOL !
It does look like a map !
Both pics are awesome, thanks Andrea.
What a creative eye you have. There are harbors and lakes and rivers. And some of the larger dots could be towns. Another one for the gallery wall.
This is stunning art, Andrea. I love all the lines on it, as the colour!!!
Outstanding abstract & map is what I immediately thought of as well...
I also love these "maps" of yours, the cracked paint of those street markings is endlessly fascinating!
wonderful
cool
Neat stuff
If it had a zoom feature, I'm sure I could use this to navigate our trip to ... somewhere! :) Wonderful!
Stunning capture Andrea. God bless.
