Vue8Frontier/Wings3D/Photoshop
Ships and portal modelled in Wings3D,textured in Vue. Additional portal effects created using a flattened cube with a custom glowing material,and a quadratic spot with additional effects. Landscape is one large custom standard terrain,planets are spheres with custom materials applied. A large 2d pane with the Vue sparse starfield material applied was set far back in scene to add additional stars to scene. Global Radiosity used. Additional effects added in Photoshop to portal,as well as signature.Thanks for taking a look,and for any comments!
