Another sheer delight! You have a lot in this image: You have the mariachi singers---who are dressed in very rich outfits---you have a woman passing by, who seems like royalty. (And that umbrella is terrific! Maybe it's a Talarico or Francesco Maglia.) A big rich tree, with a great trunk. You have a beautiful villa in the background. And you have that old stone-walled hotel, mythic "south of the border" stuff, with a sleeping man, a sherif, and a woman in bright stunning green. Plus a sleeping dog, some dark ominous birds, and Viva Zapata, Viva la Revolution---a real Mexican backdrop. Wonderfully composed, and filled with great detail and humor. (And under-pinnings of revolution.) Terrific.
