Description
The most unusual tree trunk pine needle arrangement I have ever encountered in all of my years of tree photography. I could be wrong, but it looks natural and not human contrived.
Captured 7/16/15 @ 7:25 am, I cannot remember where.

It's realy AMAZING... Fantastic capture also !!!
Even Trees have to worry about that extra belly foliage!!!! Excellent Capture!!!
Nice capture. A first-seen for me.
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that! Wonder what makes it grow that way? Wonderful find and captures, Harry!
Harry, how very interesting! I've never seen anything like this before - great find and image!
In full view (which now requires 2 clicks rather than 1, since the RR "revolution"), those green growths look like a feather mini-robe. I've never seen anything like it either. Not this evenly spaced out. The top shot looks like a tree dressed in a feathery nightgown. (And the stark whites of the parking lot make a strong contrast.) While, in the lower shot, you've revealed the soft details of the leaves, moss, needles (whatever they may be). They're quite inviting, just so odd to see circling a tree like that. Excellent find, and fine details too. And right in front of a parking lot too! (If that's a nightgown, I'd think the tree might want a little more privacy...)
outstanding thing here ! I don't have seen such a tree...splendid shots !!!
WOW! Me neither. This looks really fantastic and you got a really clear and beautiful shot. Love both shot :-)
