Great shot. I saw outfits like this on a Washington state beach. I am assuming that the suit is to protect one from cold water?
Actually the water is quite warmish.....he's wearing the helmet and wetsuit more to protect himself from the sharp reef below....and to keep cozy as well! Andrew
