Description
Recent rains have dampened briers and suppressed biting bugs enough to make (perhaps) a last trek into this now overgrown, Canada goose flavored puddle which was once a place for family enjoyment... I even saw a few frogs, hopping from the shore line as I walked by with Socks, my step dog.
Although a far cry from "natural habitat", I remain hopeful that one day in our future a restoration for Nature can occur for this place.
