Description
I tend to be a hit and run photographer. I see something, take a quick picture and move on. I spent eight hours on Steptoe Butte, a personal record. After the sun set I figured I just had to wait for the stars to come out. This is an image of the Palouse at night.

We have a lot of light pollution here.
The stars are spectacular.
And I still need to know about the 'eyes' in your previous photo.
Beautifully blue and dotted with stars, a lovely shot!
Paint your pallet blue and grey (one of my favorite Don McLean songs)
Such a beautiful night image. The stars are amazing, even with the degree of light pollution they get out there. I like to think about you sitting up there all that time, enjoying the view, recording the changing light. Lovely!
This is superb Mark but I bet you flicked a paint brush to get all those stars !!!
I admire your patience.
Absolutely fabulous my friend !!!
