Description
This is a rework of one of my fav images of silver birch trees. I do seem to take a lot of tree pictures when I look back through my files! It was a cold drizzly day I will always remember with such excitement. Just for the light and glow of the trees bark, brightening up a wet bedraggled day and a photographer. Yes the sky is none existent but it was just about the trees for me!
In case you are wondering, yes silver birches are my fav native tree!

What a wowser! They are my favourite tree too. It isn't often I see a photo that takes my breath away for a moment, but this did. I can imagine it filling a wall somewhere.
