My grandson picked up this crab while we were exploring the tidepools in Carmel. He released him, safe & sound, of course, a few moments later...

What a terrific picture! The water drops still clinging to his hand, the sheen of the water on the crab ... it's so immediate. Excellent image!
Nothing quite so exciting for children, (and me), as investigating rock pools. This pic illustrates the pleasure well.
