Under the southern sun
The roguish green Horkjes

excellent work
wonderful done
Amazing work my friend. God bless.
my only suggestion is to use one Horky - two Horkies for the Dutch één Horkje - twee Horkjes. It does not affect the rhyme. Google translates Hork to Jerk, but who cares about that and it doesn't rhyme to Fork. this is going somewhere...
That palm tree looks pretty fed up! Do tell us the Dutch sayings!
About the palm, It is a palm, but also a tree, however still the saying:+ ( de appel valt niet ver van de boom) the apple does not fall far from the tree (iemand over het paard tillen) Lift over the horse. (Someone to much praise, and he will conceited) Kat in't bakkie (cat in the box) A easy job piece of cake
Thankyou, Cornelius, fascinating!
