Superb capture
Excellent, I shall look forward to getting good shots by the various rivers in Beds :)
Excellent shot! I've seen more coppery or brownish ones, but not that shade of red. Interesting!
This explains the saying 'Getting it in the neck'. Excellent shot Andrea.
Good capture picture.
2 Superb macros Andrea! I think the coupled "Heart" shape is No. 6 too challenging for most anyway!
Makes my back hurt just to look at them ;p Great captures!
Marvelous captures...::))
A wonderful capture Andrea and we had hundreds of tiny blue Damselflies about our pond this morning. Very fast and just outside my camera's range. I did stumble on a snapping turtle to be shown at a later date.
Wonderful and interesting captures to say the least - you have more luck catching the insects 'in the act' than anyone I know...
Perhaps he's giving her a love bite insect style.
