Description

At the end of their second year, Confederation Navy cadets are sent on a survival exercise. Each cadet is placed in a standard Lifepod and dispersed across a given volume of space, twenty at a time. The cadets must then locate each other pod, rendezvous and begin docking. Four pods join to create a lifeBOAT, multiple BOATs join to form a LifeRAFT. the cadets must then spend 72 hours surviving on rations and dealing with (randomly generated) system faults. This is an idea i have had for some time. The model itself was moderately challenging, trying to create booleans shapes that could then interlock asymetrically. I am satisfied with the end result. if you would like to use/improve/enhance ANY of my models, please feel free to contact me. I will email them to you. just credit original model to me! :-) As usual, post render work (nebula's 'nebulosity', vernier jets) undertaken with Photoshop.
