Larger house plants sequestered here from the cold and harshness, having survived our Winter, are now outside and enjoying full sunlight, with a shower now and then. Surplus windows can be found for sale at Habitat for Humanity, recently named RESTORE, and help keep everything dry and healthy. Southern exposure and the sun's path are basic tools in planning a home, for people and plants. A profuse growth of fig trees needed trimming,, but will soon provide shade and help cool the window area... haven't decided how much further to take this project, but so far it has served all its intended functions quite well :)
