Description
This was one of the variants I made for Bob's (Shroom_Magic3D's) Dedi.
It didn't "make the cut".
But:
I felt sorry for it, so here it is.
(Actually, I didn't feel sorry for it: It threatened me bodily. I had no choice.)
I call it: Harriet.
It's BIGGGGGGG---sorry!---but you should've seen the original...

This is pretty spectacular Mark you could spend a great deal of time looking at all the exquisite treasures intertwined within the image its a masterpiece and glad to share in the vision. A hearty well done and much applause!!!
I like the sense of movement this has: it's like an energetic cascade, only there's a sense of movement in multiple directions, not just from top to bottom. The whole image just dances and shimmers and I really love the colors. I'm also quite fond of anything whacked-out; that usually means a little something extra is happening in it; rather like a cocktail with a little extra punch because of the expensive rum or vodka added to the mix--or a bit like a nice meal with a really surprising spice added. This is really super work. I love the different textures and shapes. I get the impression that if I look at it sideways, there's actually some kind of narrative in there, a secret code the reveals itself only under very specific conditions. This is also a zoomer: one must look at it full size in order to get all of the magical derring-do taking place, and because of that it's really quite adventurous and snazzy. I like this a lot.
I like it very much; and you joke that someone might be able to wear it, but I think it would be a stunning silk scarf. They sell pieces like this at Pike Place Market for a LOT of money. Yes, it has a wonderful kinetic energy, and the colours are remarkably appealing, and I think it would be good to dance to ;)

Mark, I was instantly blown away when this whacked-out abstract image came into view. Harriet is amazing, expressive, and most certainly will be all the rage in the fashion world this season.
A wonderful, rhythmic mix of colors & overlays that oozes great energy, joy & spontaneity. It was justified in threatening you, Mark & deserved to come out of the closet...
OH yes, as a curtain I am sure it would lighten up my livingroom. I would have summer and party all day :) What a gorgeous pattern this became. I truely love Harriet. No wonder she wanted to be seen and admired. She really deserves it :-))) What I dont understand is, that she had to threaten you to post her. MAN! What is wrong with you? ;-)
Harriet, as in Harriet Nelson, the actress and singer? Mother of God, what have you brought into this world? What sorcery is this? Whacked-out is merely a euphemism in describing this Pandora's Box assortment of multi colored, eerie entities, Mark, all with their own blend of indescribables. A witch's brew of undefinable contents, it is. With that aside, congratulations on having the imagination and stamina in creating what is really a fascinating wild and wooly hodgepodge, my friend.
Wow, I'm going backwards (as usual) and almost missed this. And since your last image looked like fabric, I'm going to stay in that mode. This is another piece I could wear and love. It's got the colors I love, and would look SO lovely on me!! lol, I don't know how you do these, but I LOVE them!!
This is indeed an abstract that will not be denied or ignored. I actually think it would make a really lovely scarf, however it would have to be a very BIG scarf, and the scarf would probably wear me.
