Description
This is the Phil Bono design for ROMBUS, a reusable single stage to orbit heavy rocket., The long tanks on the side hold fuel, the base of the plug nozzle engine doubles as a heaqt shield on the way down,
This is composited into a NASA shot of the shuttle on the crawler, where I painted out the shuttle.

Superb render quality !!!
That ought to rattle a few windows when it lifts off...... The composite is flawless - you have to look twice to see if it's an actual photo, and even then it's hard to tell. An excellent job!

That is an awesome model, nice detailing in the hull textures, which really adds realism to the scene. You did a great job of compositing the rendered model onto the NASA shot, as well. Often CGI models have edges that are a bit too "sharp" and clean, but you've blended the CGI very nicely into the background. Most impressive!
