Description
while I did some photos of the mallards this swan came very quick to me, he wanted some bred i think -
I think they do not need bred - in the deep frozen wintertime perhaps but not now..
1/1600 sec. -( for flying birds) - no time to change...
f.10, ISO 320

what a beautiful portrait ! I love the sharpness of the details. The drop is priceless !
Aww, give him some bread. He's so hungry he's drooling ;) Fantastic shot!
Marvelous closeup my friend and splendid bird also... Outstandingly captured once again !!!
ecellentissimo :-)))
You are right Pri, one should not give them bread, it compacts into the crop and is not good for them. I always now give cereals, cheerios or shredded wheat is good, and sometimes, a couple cans of sweetcorn, that I wash the salted water off of first. This is an excellent POV, he came to give you a good shot :)
A very sharp & dramatic "in your face" shot...
Superb shot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand this photo, cool shot.
Brilliant capture !!!!!!!!!!
He dares you to refuse!

Wonderful closeup and it was lucky that you didn't change your setting so you could get that water drop!
That is so cool! What a great closeup!!
Your shutter speed is perfect for you caught the water dripping from his bill. Fabulous close-up if you're going to feed them, give them cereal like Cheerios
Your money or your bread lol. Superb capture Priska. God bless.
